For all other plans, we will happily process your insurance claims.  Please realize that if you choose to go to an non-participating doctor your reimbursement rates will vary.  We apologize, we DO NOT accept Quest or Medicaid.

As a reminder, treatments are NOT typically covered 100% by ANY dental insurance.  Most companies have multiple plans with different benefits, limitations, waiting periods, exclusions and other guidelines.  Please remember that ANY discrepancy in coverage is between you and your insurance company.  As your dental provider, we will do our best to help you utilize your plan properly and be your advocate should any discrepancy arise.  Before you arrive in our office, we will already have contacted your insurance carrier and reviewed your plan with their representative.  Upon your request, we will review your plan with you and provide estimates for all treatment.  Any unpaid balance by your insurance company after 60 days will become your responsibility.  Your estimated co-payment will be due at the time services are rendered. For uninsured patients, payment is required BEFORE services are rendered.  Discounts for treatment are decided on an individual basis.

Extended Payments

Care Credit  

For treatments totaling $300 or more, arrangements can be made to pay the balance without interest over an extended period of time through CareCredit or Chase Bank.  For more information or an application, please inquire with our front desk.

Cancellation Policy

We take your time seriously and promise to do our best to be on time and to never cancel your appointment.  In return we ask all clients to provide 48-hour notice (2 business days) in order to reschedule an appointment without a fee.  In order to help our clients keep their reservations, we offer a courtesy call as a reminder.  Our office does understand that occasionally emergencies arise and we will take that into account.
